【TFF Buff Membership Guidelines & Benefits】

You are cordially invited to join "TFF Buff." Connect with fellow film lovers, support the festival, and enjoy exclusive discounts and special privileges.

1. How to Join
Go to the "Membership" page on the official Taipei Film Festival website, click "Join Now," and complete your online payment via credit card or other accepted payment methods.

2. Membership Fee
NT$ 300 / 3 Years.
Your membership privileges will remain valid for 3 years upon successful application and payment.(Members joining before or during the current festival must collect and use them on-site during the festival period; joining after the festival requires collection and use during the following year’s festival. Vouchers become invalid after the expiration date).

3. Welcome Giftt（One-time offer）
Upon joining "TFF Buff," you will receive two (2) complimentary Taipei Film Festival movie exchange vouchers as your exclusive welcome gift.
(2026 TFF Buff can collect two Movie Vouchers at the Zhongshan Hall festival counter by presenting their membership status and info before the festival ends. Vouchers can be redeemed for tickets at Zhongshan Hall, SPOT-Huashan, or Eslite Arthouse festival counters.)

4. Exclusive Member Benefits（3-year validity）
I. Ticket Discounts: Enjoy 10% off general tickets purchased at the festival info desks (Zhongshan Hall, SPOT-Huashan Cinema, and Eslite Art House) during the festival.

II. Priority Registration & Admission: Enjoy priority registration and admission for selected Taipei Film Festival events. The specific methods for priority registration and admission are subject to the official announcements of each year's festival.

💡For 2026, events with priority registration and admission include: Program Guide, TFF Flea Market, "Filmmaking in Progress: Action" Forum, "Filmmaking in Progress: Action" Creative Workshop, International New Talent Competition Forum, and the International New Talent Competition Awards Ceremony.

5. Membership Restrictions
Membership status is strictly for personal use and cannot be loaned, transferred, or used under someone else's name.
The Taipei Film Festival reserves the right to revoke membership and all associated privileges if any violations occur.

6. Termination of "TFF Buff" Membership:
All benefits (including priority registration and ticket discounts) terminate upon membership expiration.
For early termination requested by the member via email, the annual fee is non-refundable and cannot be returned proportionally. After termination, all membership benefits cease and cannot be retroactively claimed or reissued.

7. Updating Account Information
If any information provided during your application changes, please proactively contact the organizer via phone or email to update your profile. The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss of privileges resulting from a failure to update information.

8. Miscellaneous
The Taipei Film Festival reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the membership system and its benefits. Any updates will take effect once posted on the official website without separate notice.

Q: Will my "Taipei Film Fan" subscription renew automatically after payment?
A: No. Your subscription will not renew automatically. To maintain your membership status, please manually log in to the Taipei Film Festival official website to renew within 30 days before or after your membership expires.

Q: Will I be notified when my "Taipei Film Fan" membership is about to expire?
A: Yes. An email notification will be automatically sent to the email address registered with your Taipei Film Festival account 30 days prior to your expiration date.

Notes & Regulations

1. Each TFF Buff member is eligible for only one entry into the lucky draw.
2. Participants must complete the free Readmoo membership registration through the designated link on the TFF Buff member page to be eligible.
3. Each member is limited to one lucky draw entry; in the event of duplicate entries, falsified data, identity theft, or participation through improper means, the Taipei Film Festival reserves the right to disqualify the participant or revoke their winning eligibility.
4. Winner notifications will be sent to the email address provided by the participant. If a winner fails to receive the notification due to incorrect information, an unreachable inbox, failure to reply within the deadline, or other reasons attributable to the participant, it will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize.
5. The color, specifications, and content of the prize are subject to the actual product. Requests for cash redemption, exchanges, or transfers will not be accepted.
6. If the prize cannot be provided due to force majeure or supplier issues, the Taipei Film Festival reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equivalent value.
7. In accordance with the tax laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), winners must cooperate with the relevant tax declaration and prize collection procedures.
8. Participation in this event constitutes consent to these event rules and the necessary collection, processing, and use of personal data.
9. The Taipei Film Festival reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate this event, and to interpret the contents of these terms.
