Taipei Film Festival, in collaboration with Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA), proudly presents the "Top Talents" initiative — a major campaign featuring professional photoshoots and all-English promotional videos. Through TAICCA’s international exhibition resources, this program aims to introduce outstanding actors to global audiences and entertainment companies, paving the way for them to step onto the world stage.
 

Launched in 2023, "Top Talents" began with a preliminary selection from over a hundred actors who have received performance awards at the Golden Horse Awards, Golden Bell Awards, and Taipei Film Awards. In the second phase, a committee composed of industry professionals with rich experience in international co-productions and film festivals selected the final list of Top Talents based on acting skills, public recognition, language abilities, and international potential.

"Top Talents" will continue to make appearances at major international film festivals, supporting actors in expanding beyond Asia and embracing the global film and television market — allowing audiences worldwide to witness their extraordinary charm.
